Pepper (Hot - Habanero)

"Scorching hot fruit are lantern-shaped and about 2.5 cm (1") by 3.75 cm (1.5") with thin, wrinkled flesh that turns from light green to orange when ripe [most fruits, but not all, will eventually ripen to an orange colour]. To avoid transferring pepper heat, it is advised to wash your hands after handling the fruit."
