Kale (Red and White Russian)

This Siberian variety can tolerate cold, wet, and moist conditions. Red and White White Russian has tender, white stems and flat, broad, green leaves—it's excellent eaten young in a gourmet greens mix or as mature leaves in a massaged kale salad.
