Pepper (Hot - Caribbean Red Hot)

One of the hottest versions of the habanero is the Caribbean Red. This pepper variety is about twice as hot as a standard orange Habanero. The slightly wrinkled chiles are approximately 1 inch wide by 1.5 inches long and are similar in shape to the Habanero. The chiles ripen from lime green to a brilliant red.
